• This program is designed exclusively for LifeCell clients who enroll to Biobank Community Banking and is applicable only during the period of the offer.
• The offer / vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or discounts or exchanged for any other product or service in any form.

ONE TIME OFFER

• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer extended by LifeCell
• Limited period offer and LifeCell and/or its Brand Partners reserve the right to withdraw/modify this offer at any point of time without prior intimation. The code validity cannot be extended by any brand.

• Gift vouchers are non - refundable and are not redeemable for cash
• Gift vouchers are non – transferable

MODE OF VOUCHERS

• The voucher code will be sent to you in 2 weeks from the date of completion of enrolment with LifeCell
• The voucher code will be sent through m-coupon / e-voucher to your registered mobile number / email ID provided at the time of enrolment with LifeCell. No duplicate codes will be provided in case of loss or misplacement

BRAND PARTNERS HELPLINE

• For any assistance regarding redemption process or usage of the product/service, the customer is requested to contact the brand partners’ helpline directly. LifeCell August not be in a position to offer any assistance on redemption or product/service usage.
• LifeCell does not make any representation or warranties in any manner on the quality, quantity or suitability of the products and services of our partner

GOODWILL GESTURE FROM LIFECELL

• These offers are only offered free of cost as a goodwill gesture and is neither traded against any commercial value with the customer nor carries any monetary value. Hence no refunds, exchange, replacement or any other claims in whatsoever manner can be made pertaining to product delivery, deficiencies, inability of the partner to honor, suitability, quality etc.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Delivery of the product will take around 10-15 days from the brand partners. If the product is undelivered due to wrong address or any other reason, the customer has to bear the cost of extra shipping in this case.

CUSTOMERS TO CHECK THEIR INBOX AND SPAM FOR OFFERS

• Client needs to check their registered email with regards to their inbox or SPAM as we autotrigger the sms and mails once your enrolment is completed
